How weekly orders work
When you choose a weekly order, those items are delivered on your delivery day, before 7am, and charged each week until you stop them. A one-time purchase is delivered once.
Order deadlines
Changes to your order need to be made before the weekly cut-off shown at checkout and in your account. A change made after the cut-off applies to the delivery after.
Skipping and pausing
You can skip a week or pause your deliveries at any time from your account, using Manage Orders. Do it before the cut-off to change that week’s delivery.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage Orders. There is no fee for cancelling. A delivery that is already past the cut-off will still be delivered and charged.
Glass bottles
If you cancel, leave your remaining empty bottles out and we will collect them on our last visit.
