Quick answers

  • Every Wednesday, before 7am. Order Thursday to Sunday (by 11:59pm on Sunday) for this Wednesday. Orders from Monday to Wednesday go on the week after.

  • We deliver to most of DE23, DE24 and DE65. Type your postcode into the checker on the home page to find out for sure.

  • Give them a rinse and leave them out on the step. We collect them on the next delivery.

  • Yes. Go to Manage my order in your account and skip, change or cancel there.

  • Sorry about that. Leave us a note above with your name and address and we'll put it right.
