These terms cover your use of this website, www.milkbefore7.co.uk. Orders are placed on our shop at shop.milkbefore7.co.uk, and the details of an order are shown at checkout. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Who can use the service
We deliver in selected areas around Derby. Use the postcode checker on the delivery page to see if we deliver to you. We may add or change areas as we grow.
Orders and delivery
We deliver fresh milk and other products to your doorstep before 7am. You do not need to be in. Delivery times can be affected by things outside our control, such as weather or road closures, and we will do our best to tell you if that happens. See our delivery policy for more.
Glass bottles
Our bottles are reused. Please rinse your empty bottles and leave them out on delivery day so we can collect them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the shop in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices, and a change will not affect an order you have already placed.
Changing or cancelling
You can skip, change, pause or cancel your deliveries from your account. How and when is explained in our cancellation policy.
If something goes wrong
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. Our liability to you is limited to what the law allows. If you have a problem, tell us as soon as you can through our contact page.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the website, try to break it, or copy its content or photographs without our permission. We try to keep the information on it correct and up to date, but we cannot promise it is free of mistakes.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
